To make changes to your booking like adding or removing accessories or updating the insurance level, you can log into the Online Self-Service Portal to manage your booking. The check-in portal opens when your booking is confirmed and closes on the day of pick-up. In between, you can log in as often as needed to update your booking.

If you like to change your travel dates or pick-up & drop-off times, contact us to request it.

If you have booked your Spaceships via a travel agent or third-party, you will have fewer options available on the Online Check-in Portal. For example, you cannot change the insurance level yourself. This must be requested via your travel agent.
