Please complete the Online Check-in as soon as possible. Your login details are your booking number and surname. You can find your booking/reservation number in the subject line of the emails we have sent you. You'll also need to upload a photos/copy of your license and any additional drivers in the pre-check-in process.

How to pay the bond or excess?

We require your card details on file - in our secure vault - for infringements and/or for your payment and bond if you have chosen the Full Risk Excess ($5000 bond) or Partial Excess ($1500 bond) options. The bond will be frozen one day before pickup. If there are any issues with pre-authorising the bond, you can contact your bank to resolve them.

The most common issue is that the daily limit for a pre-authorisation may be too low.

Paying the remaining balance

The final payment is due two days before pickup via our secure payment system. You can make the payment at any time before this deadline. If you encounter any issues with your payment, this allows you time to resolve them with your bank before your pickup.
